The newest member of the Women's Premier Soccer League debuts today as the Tulsa Spirit is announced. Women's Sports teams in at this level in Oklahoma are rare so having a quality program playing in Tulsa will provide excellent exposure to America's Most Beautiful City!

The Tulsa Spirit will utilize talent from the vast pool of serious women players developed right here in Eastern Oklahoma. We will be looking for Former College, Current College and High School players that want to play at a higher level of competition not available to them in the past.

Tryouts will be May 8th, 12th and 13th beginning at 7:30 pm. They will be held at Alsuma Fields located just east of Mingo on 51st Street in South Tulsa. These newly lighted facilities will play host to the most excitement Oklahoma Women's Soccer has seen!

Tulsa Spirit is a combined effort of former Tulsa Roughneck's (USISL) Coach, Ali Adibi and Dr. Massoud Moazami, Owner of ETl, Inc. of Tulsa. Games will be played at Union 8th Grade Center Field at 65th and Garnett in Tulsa. The current announced schedule brings in top Women's Teams from Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Oklahoma City. The games will begin in June.
